实验性肝细胞癌SPIO增强MRI及其病理学对照研究

Abstract:

目的探讨实验性肝细胞癌超顺磁性氧化铁(superparamagneticironoxide,SPIO)微粒增强磁共振成像(magneticresonanceimaging,MRI)表现及其病理基础,以期通过SPIO增强表现推测肝细胞癌的病理学分级。方法①健康清洁级雄性Wistar大鼠90只,随机分为实验组80只和对照组10只,实验组灌喂2‰二乙基亚硝胺(diethylnitrosamine,DEN)生理盐水溶液。②大鼠分别于灌药后第16、18、20、21、22、23、24、25周行MRI扫描,先行SE?T1WI、FMPSPGR-T1WI、GRE-T2WI和FSE-PDWI、FSE-T2WI的MRI平扫检查,再采用相同序列和参数进行SPIO增强MRI检查,并选取兴趣区获取相关参数。③扫描结束后,处死大鼠,观察肿瘤的大体形态,并按照MR扫描层面对应部位取材,HE染色和PerIs染色。结果①肝细胞癌的Kupffer细胞数明显低于正常肝组织(P?0.01),肝细胞癌的Kupffer细胞数与病理学分级相关。②肝细胞癌的SIRSPIO与病理学分级及Kupffer细胞数相关。结论肝细胞癌中Kupffer细胞的含量少于正常肝组织,随着分化程度的降低Kupffer细胞减少或缺乏,而相对信号强度比(SIRSPIO)增高。
