补肾固齿丸对大鼠实验性牙周炎牙槽骨重建的影响

Abstract:

目的研究补肾固齿丸对大鼠实验性牙周炎牙槽骨重建的影响,进一步探讨补肾固齿丸对牙周炎的治疗机制。方法成功建立大鼠牙周炎模型之后,大鼠分为正常组、牙周炎模型组、补肾固齿丸组,给予补肾固齿丸治疗,采用放射免疫法测定血清骨钙蛋白与Ⅰ型胶原交联C端肽浓度,同时采用显微CT对大鼠牙槽骨进行三维重建,以评价补肾固齿丸对大鼠实验性牙周炎牙槽骨修复重建的影响。结果经过补肾固齿丸治疗1个月后,补肾固齿丸组血清骨钙蛋白与Ⅰ型胶原交联C端肽浓度[分别为(0.8591±0.1569)、(2.0386±0.4075)]较牙周炎模型组[分别为(1.8064±0.2585)、(3.0560±0.4615)]下降(P<0.05)。补肾固齿丸组大鼠牙槽骨的骨小梁体积分数(0.3041±0.0100)明显高于牙周炎模型组[(0.1816±0.0200),P<0.05],且骨小梁数量(3.1244±0.1000)略高于牙周炎模型组[(2.0889±0.2000),P>0.05],而补肾固齿丸组的骨小梁分离度(0.5751±0.0200)较牙周炎模型组(0.6110±0.0300)有降低的趋势(P<0.05)。结论补肾固齿丸能改善牙周炎大鼠牙槽骨代谢状况,促进牙槽骨改建,对牙周炎具有一定的辅助治疗作用。
