颅内颈动脉高流量血管搭桥手术训练模型的构建

Abstract:

目的构建颅内颈动脉高流量血管搭桥手术模型,搭建训练平台。方法成人头颅湿标本9具,利用猪前臂动脉代替移植血管,建立颈内动脉-大脑中动脉血管移植高流量分流手术模型。6名既往无血管吻合经验的住院医师,对本实验模型进行时长不同的显微血管吻合训练后,利用自制的血管吻合难度调节装置进行血管吻合,吻合完成后,即刻解剖观察内膜,了解吻合口通畅情况。结果6名住院医师进行了总共18侧36处血管吻合,随着难度的升高,血管吻合所用时间延长,通畅率呈下降趋势。结论利用猪前臂动脉代替移植血管,建立颈内动脉-大脑中动脉血管移植高流量分流手术模型,与传统的显微血管吻合训练模型相比较,具有材料相似、更真实模拟术中情况、移植血管获取方便、手术难度可调节等优点。
