放松训练对急性创伤患者心理健康的影响

Abstract:

目的观察放松训练对急性创伤患者心理健康状况的疗效,确定最佳干预介入时间。?方法?选择我科2014年11月至2015年2月因急性创伤入院治疗的患者120例,按照入院先后顺序依次分为4组:除常规护理外,入院第1天开始接受放松训练(A组);除常规护理外,入院第4天开始接受放松训练(B组);除常规护理外,入院第7天开始接受放松训练(C组);仅接受常规护理,未接受放松训练(D组)。分别于训练前和训练后对患者进行SCL-90评价,观察放松训练对改善急性创伤患者心理健康问题的效果,比较不同介入时间放松训练的效果差异。结果急性创伤患者的SCL-90评分显著高于全国常模(P<0.05);训练前,4组急性创伤患者基线资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);放松训练干预后,患者SCL-90评分较训练前显著降低(P<0.01),接受放松训练组较未接受放松训练组SCL-90评分显著降低(P<0.05),其中总分、焦虑和其他,A组显著低于B组和C组(P<0.05);接受放松训练后颅脑损伤、胸腹损伤和四肢损伤组SCL-90评分明显低于多发伤组(P<0.05),ISS评分≤16组SCL-90评分明显低于ISS评分>16组(P<0.05)。结论放松训练可有效地改善急性创伤患者的心理健康状况,且放松训练介入时间越早效果越好;放松训练对于伤情较轻、受伤部位单一的创伤患者的效果优于伤情较重、多部位受伤的患者。
