智能分光比色技术结合放大内镜与超声微探头判断早期食管癌浸润深度的对比研究

Abstract:

目的研究智能分光比色技术(fujiintelligentchromoendoscopy,FICE)判断早期食管癌浸润深度的诊断价值。方法2011年1月至2014年5月重庆市肿瘤医院胃镜检查发现224例食管黏膜病变,分别用FICE结合放大内镜以及超声微探头(miniatureultrasonicprobe,MPS)判断病灶性质及病变浸润深度,最终以病理结果作为诊断金标准进行对比分析。结果FICE结合放大内镜在判断早期食管癌浸润深度方面准确率高于MPS(P<0.05),与术后病理结果达到中度一致(P<0.01);FICE结合放大内镜判断癌组织是否突破食管黏膜下层中1/3(sm2)有较高的灵敏度和特异度。结论FICE技术操作简单、图像直观,结合放大内镜诊断食管疾病真实性较好,在判断早期食管癌浸润深度方面有较高的诊断价值。
