Abstract:

目的该研究旨在探讨谷胱甘肽S-转移酶基因M1、T1及P1(GSTM1、T1及P1)基因多态性与特发性男性不育症患者精子线粒体膜电位(mitochondrialmembranepotential,MMP)的相关性。方法该研究包括246例特发性少弱精子性男性不育症患者。采用聚合酶链反应(PCR),聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法分别对GSTM1、T1和P1基因进行分型。采用5,5′,6,6′-四氯-1,1′,3,3′-四乙基苯并咪唑羰花青碘化物(JC-1)染色剂标记流式细胞仪检测精子线粒体膜电位(MMP)进行检测分析。结果GSTM1及T1基因缺失型组特发性少弱精子性男性不育症患者正常MMP精子百分比显著低于野生型组(P<0.01);且二者间具有协同效应。GSTP1基因突变型组正常MMP精子百分比与GSTP1基因野生型组想比较,无统计学差异(P=0.085)。结论GSTM1、T1基因缺失型是特发性男性不育症精子MMP的危险因素。
