iRootSP用于根管三维充填的封闭性研究

Abstract:

目的通过葡萄糖渗漏法和micro-CT三维扫描评价iRootSP根管三维充填的封闭能力。方法单根管下颌前磨牙55颗截去牙冠保留牙根12mm,机用镍钛预备根管至30#,按随机数字表法将标本分为3个实验组(A组:iRootSP直接注入根管充填;B组:iRootSP+热牙胶充填;C组:AHPlus+热牙胶充填。n=15)和2个对照组[阴性对照组(D组)、阳性对照组(E组),n=5]。建立微渗漏葡萄糖定量分析模型,分别于第1天,第1、2、3、4、5、6周用葡萄糖氧化酶法检测从牙冠向牙根渗出的葡萄糖浓度。同时micro-CT三维扫描分析充填根管内存在的间隙。结果在前4周,3个实验组平均每天微渗漏量<0.18mmol/L,几乎没有微渗漏;第5、6周时,C组平均微渗漏值>0.18mmol/L,有微渗漏发生,且C组与A、B组之间微渗漏量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。micro-CT三维扫描发现:A组根管中上段无间隙,根尖1mm见有间隙形成。B、C组根管内有间隙形成。结论iRootSP用于根管三维充填,具有良好的封闭性,而且一元相充填操作简单,对牙周组织没有损伤,对形成根管三维充填有一定的优势。
