转速及扭矩对啮合齿轮副非线性特性影响分析

Abstract:

综合考虑时变啮合刚度、啮合阻尼、齿侧间隙、啮合误差等因素,建立了两自由度直齿轮副非线性动力学模型.用4阶变步长Runge-Kutta算法对微分方程进行了数值求解,统计了迭代过程中轮齿啮合状态比例,研究了转速和扭矩对动态传递误差的影响.研究表明:随着转速增加,轮齿啮合状态发生变化,解释了动态传递误差的周期、混沌响应和误差幅值跳跃现象;随着扭矩的增大,出现跳跃现象的转速增加,幅值变化也增大,但轮齿冲击减少.
