耐火材料对钢中氧含量影响的实验研究

Abstract:

通过实验研究MgO-Cr2O3,MgO-Al2O3,Al2O3和MgO-C系耐火材料对钢中氧含量和夹杂物的影响,以及采用热力学原理分析耐火材料向钢中的传氧机理.结果表明:在1600℃下,上述4种耐火材料向钢中的传氧能力依次为MgO-Cr2O3>MgO-Al2O3>Al2O3>MgO-C;耐火材料中闭口气孔内氧化物组分分解所产生的平衡氧分压大于钢中的平衡氧分压,是耐火材料向钢中传氧的根本原因;MgO-C系耐火材料内部生成的CO在钢水界面处发生分解反应并溶入到钢中.
