汽车座椅视觉舒适度客户感性认知过程

Abstract:

客户对汽车座椅第一时间的感性认知影响着客户对整车的评价及选择.使用眼动仪设备,根据不同注视时间和不同类别的汽车座椅进行客户的视觉感性认知实验,研究客户的感性认知规律,结果显示:被试受到座椅的短时视觉刺激时,汽车座椅的靠背和颈部最吸引被试视觉.随着观察时间增加,被试对座椅的图案、颜色、造型、材质、线条等能够吸引视觉关注的感性元素进行比较选择.在被试进行多种座椅的长时间选择时,由关注座椅某种语义形态逐渐发展为与座椅的语义传递和情感的融合.本文是对反映客户真实内心需求的一种探讨,实验中仍有很多不确定的因素,将在后续的实验中不断完善.
