Abstract:

研究了在供应失效风险环境下可替代产品的分销网络设计问题,建立了包括制造商产能设计、产能分配、分销中心选址和应急库存量等决策内容的混合整数规划模型.在模型中,导致供应失效的突发事件通过情境的形式表现,在同一情境中,允许制造商和多个分销中心同时出现能力受损的情况,这使得问题的情境数急剧增加.为此使用样本平均估计(SAA)方法进行求解.通过实验比较上界和下界之间的间隙,证明了SAA方法的有效性,最后给出了供应链中设施的可靠程度、产品间可替代程度与供应链收益之间的关系.
