复杂矿山设备周期激励响应分析的增量谐波平衡法

Abstract:

针对复杂矿山设备中由于存在周期激励而引发的严重振动问题,以大型矿用给料装置为研究对象,将其钢结构机架简化为框架结构模型;考虑物料冲击是引发振动的主要原因,推导了非简谐周期激励的增量谐波平衡法;采用此方法分析周期激励下矿山设备的振动特性,并与Newmark-β法进行对比,验证了算法的精确性效率;研究设备与地面或基础接触时产生的非线性动响应,以及不同地面软硬程度下响应的规律.结果表明,该法用来分析复杂矿山设备在周期激励作用下的非线性稳态响应问题是有效的.
