泡沫铝夹芯板低速冲击性能研究

Abstract:

对包套轧制及胶粘泡沫铝夹芯板进行了低速冲击试验,分析了两种夹芯板在低速冲击下的力学响应及破坏形式.结果表明,两种结合界面的夹芯板都具有吸能特性,但冶金结合夹芯板抗冲击的缓冲时间明显长于胶粘结合夹芯板.随着加载冲量的增加,冶金结合夹芯板的屈服载荷和平台载荷增加,缓冲时间缩短,抗冲击过程表现出明显的应变率效应.冶金结合夹芯板破坏模式主要为芯层剪切、压实和面板塌陷.
