高盐碱环境下野生大豆主要性状与单株产量的相关分析

Abstract:

研究津唐渤海湾沿海地区野生大豆株系在海滨盐碱土壤条件下主要性状与单株籽粒产量的相关性,旨在为野生大豆耐盐生态育种提供理论依据。使用3%总含盐量海滨盐碱土壤盆栽,对895份野生大豆株系进行全生育期的高选择强度耐盐性筛选,有109份株系成活到收获种子。对这109份高度耐盐性的株系进行了10个形态和农艺性状调查,应用相关分析和通径分析研究性状之间以及各性状同单株籽粒产量之间的相互关系,结果显示:与对照条件相比较,高盐条件下株系部分性状间相关关系发生变化。单株粒数、百粒重和收获指数可作为筛选高耐盐碱性野生大豆的主要参考性状。
