河北大豆地方品种耐低磷种质筛选

Abstract:

对97份河北省大豆地方品种在2个磷梯度下的苗期耐低磷特性分析表明,植株总生物量、地下部生物量、地上部生物量、地下部磷含量、地上部磷含量、总磷含量和根冠比7个指标的相对值存在较大的基因型差异。经相关分析和逐步回归分析发现,相对总生物量和总磷含量与其它指标间存在显著相关关系,二者比值(植株磷效率)可作为磷胁迫下耐低磷大豆品种的筛选指标。以相对植株磷效率为指标进行聚类分析,将材料分为耐低磷、中间类型和不耐低磷3类,并筛选出“皮狐狸”和“本地黑”2个高耐低磷大豆品种。
