超干处理对大豆种子抗老化能力及抗氧化代谢的影响

Abstract:

通过控制超干处理时间获得不同含水量的大豆种子(8.1%、4.0%和2.4%),对这些不同超干种子进行老化及回水处理,同时测定其抗老化能力及抗氧化酶等生理指标。结果发现:超干处理能提高大豆种子的抗老化能力,延长种子的贮藏寿命。超干种子(MC4.0%和2.4%)内氧自由基水平高于未超干种子(MC8.1%),但与老化前相比,未超干老化种子内氧自由基和丙二醛含量(MDA)的增加幅度均明显大于超干老化的种子,经超干老化种子的氧自由基清除能力要高于未超干老化的种子。超干种子的较强的抗老化能力还与其相对较高的抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT)系统有关,发现老化导致超干种子的种胚和子叶中SOD、POD和CAT活性的下降要小于未超干种子的下降幅度。结果认为抗膜脂过氧化能力的保持是超干种子耐贮藏性的生理原因之一。
