低钾胁迫下两种不同耐低钾大豆叶片显微结构的差异

Abstract:

以耐低钾大豆品种九农15和不耐低钾品系GD8521为试材,用水培方法研究了低钾胁迫下两种类型大豆叶片显微结构的差异。结果表明:在低钾胁迫下,耐性品种的上表皮结构变化不明显;而不耐品种的上表皮厚度增加,上表皮细胞长度、上表皮细胞密度及上表皮长/宽都减小;低钾胁迫下,耐性品种的栅栏组织仅第一层细胞长度减小,而不耐品种第一、二层栅栏组织细胞长度、宽度均增加,细胞密度减少,栅栏组织增厚;随着供钾水平的降低,耐性品种仍保持较发达的平脉叶肉细胞,而不耐品种平脉叶肉细胞不发达;低钾胁迫下耐性品种海绵组织细胞密度减少,不耐品种栅海比变化显著增大;低钾胁迫下,耐性品种下表皮略有增厚,不耐品种几乎没有差异。
