苗期水分胁迫对大豆器官平衡和产量的影响

Abstract:

在盆栽条件下,研究了苗期水分胁迫对大豆器官平衡和产量的影响。结果表明:在苗期不同强度水分胁迫下,不同时期大豆各器官的物质分配比例不同。中度水分胁迫下收获期的器官平衡为:籽粒>根>荚皮>叶片>茎秆>叶柄,两个品系辽51064和辽51095的叶片分别占16.31%、15.28%,籽粒分别占25.83%、28.92%,叶柄分别占6.27%、4.85%,说明大豆苗期适度水分胁迫可以改变大豆的“源-库”关系。中度水分胁迫下,辽51095生物产量和经济产量的相关系数最大(0.9956)。就产量而言,正常供水与中度水分胁迫的差异并不显著,与重度水分胁迫则差异显著。
