大豆低聚糖反渗透浓缩过程的控制

Abstract:

提出一种利用反渗透(RO)膜技术来批量浓缩豆清废水中大豆低聚糖的新工艺流程。介绍了40T/h浓缩过程的控制要求。设计了仪电一体化的计算机控制系统。控制系统结构采用以工控机(IPC)及触摸屏为操作站,PLC为控制站。PLC采用Siemens的S7-400的CPU及ET200M远程I/O。MCC的软启动器采用3RW系列。实践证明,该工艺流程及控制系统运行可靠,操作及维护方便,膜系统达到了废水处理同时回收高附加值产品的理想效果,有利于膜技术在环境保护及特种分离领域的推广应用。
