大豆泛变应原profilin基因的克隆、序列分析和表位预测

Abstract:

通过生物信息学方法对多种植物性食物和花粉泛变应原proflin基因进行比对,利用其中的高度保守区域设计并合成简并引物,通过RT?PCR克隆得到一个新的大豆profilin基因(396bp,pI为5.21,MW为14,1kD),序列同源性分析发现该基因和已知的多种植物性食物、花粉变应原profilin有较高的同源性(>75%),因此认为其系大豆蛋白泛变应原profilin,命名为Glym3.02,EMBL/GeneBank数据库登录号为DQ784852,这为进一步重组表达和抗原表位分析等奠定了实验-基础。
