大豆细胞质COXⅡ基因的分离及序列分析

Abstract:

目前关于细胞质雄性不育的机理研究主要集中在植物线粒体上,通过参考大豆线粒体细胞色素氧化酶亚基Ⅱ(COXⅡ)基因序列,合成保守基因引物,从供试材料中克隆到了COXⅡ基因,对基因序列分析表明:该基因编码了一个有280个氨基酸组成的蛋白,推测其可能与大豆细胞质不育有关。
