植物生长调节剂对大豆叶片光合特性及糖分积累的影响

Abstract:

采用大田叶面喷施的方式,比较了不同植物生长调节剂对大豆叶片的光合特性与糖分合成的差异,研究了大豆叶片的糖分积累特点。结果表明:3种调节剂(SOD模拟物(SODM)、氯化胆碱(Cc)和2-N,N-二乙氨基乙基己酸酯(DTA-6))提高了叶片的光合速率和蒸腾速率,而水分利用效率和气孔导度的变化并没有直接的相关关系,其中在喷药后15~30d,DTA-6处理的蒸腾速率下降幅度要高于其他处理及对照。在喷药后5~30d,各处理及对照的气孔导度呈双峰曲线变化趋势,表现为各处理及对照在10d与20d分别出现一高峰值,至喷药后30d,各处理及对照的水分速率和气孔导度值变化规律一致,具体表现为:SODM>氯化胆碱(Cc)>DTA-6>CK。SODM和DTA-6处理能够在较长时间内维持高的可溶性糖和蔗糖含量,其中SODM调节剂显著的提高了大豆可溶性糖输出量、淀粉转化率以及淀粉积累速率,而Cc处理在喷药后5~30d一直维持着较高的蔗糖含量。综合分析表明,大豆经叶面喷施SODM和DTA-6可以有效的调控叶片中糖分合成、光合作用和蒸腾作用等生理过程。
