黄淮夏大豆种质资源农艺性状的评价

Abstract:

大豆种质资源的评价和利用是大豆育种的重要研究内容。为了更好地利用大豆种质资源,对383份黄淮夏大豆种质资源的农艺性状进行了评价。结果表明:黄淮夏大豆在生育期、株高、单株荚数等主要农艺性状表现上具有多样性,遗传变异丰富;产量与单株总荚数(r=0.714**)、单株有效荚数(r=0.712**)显著正相关;生育期与结荚高度(r=0.593**)、主茎节数(r=0.450**)等也呈显著正相关;每荚粒数与生育期(r=-0.586**)、百粒重(r=-0.437**)呈显著负相关;单株有效荚数与百粒重(r=-0.445**)呈显著负相关。在黄淮夏大豆生态类型内对种质资源的农艺性状进行评价,研究结果可为黄淮夏大豆育种工作提供参考。
