大豆与南瓜远缘嫁接接合部组织形态解剖学研究

Abstract:

以大豆品种黑农48为接穗,黑籽南瓜为砧木进行嫁接,接穗切面长度设置了5个不同处理。通过嫁接部位组织解剖学分析,深入研究接穗切面长度对嫁接成活率的影响及组织变化规律,探索嫁接诱导植物变异的机理。结果表明:各处理间成活率差异显著,接穗切面长度为1.0cm时成活率最高,达到80%,愈合的速度也最快;其次是1.3cm。对1.0cm接穗切面结合部不同时期的电镜动态观察表明,接穗与砧木的愈合过程可分为三个阶段:愈伤组织形成期(1~8d)、维管组织分化期(9~12d)、维管组织分化完成期(13~35d)。研究结果可为大豆远缘嫁接提供理论和实践参考。
