大豆胞囊线虫生防菌Snea49代谢物对不同种类线虫的毒力

Abstract:

链霉菌Snea49是从大豆根际中分离得到的对大豆胞囊线虫具有杀线虫活性的菌株,采用离体贝氏皿室内测定放线菌Snea49的发酵代谢产物对北方根结线虫、南方根结线虫、甘薯茎线虫3种植物寄生线虫和自由生活的小杆线虫的杀线虫活性。结果表明:处理24h后,贝式小皿检测菌株Snea49的代谢物对北方根结线虫和南方根结线虫表现出较高的生物活性,对甘薯茎线虫毒力次之,对土壤中非靶标小杆线虫毒力最弱,即对不同种类线虫存在选择性毒力差异,而且随稀释倍数增加毒力减弱。
