ERF转录因子及在大豆中的研究进展

Abstract:

植物体内存在一个复杂的抗逆应答系统去适应环境的改变。ERF转录因子家族在植物应答一些生物胁迫和非生物胁迫中扮演着重要的角色。ERF转录因子主要通过它的AP2/ERF结合域结合顺式作用元件GCC-box或DRE/CRT来调节抗性基因的表达。文中介绍了植物中的ERF转录因子的分子特征和生物学功能。此外,也综合分析了ERF转录因子在基因互作,信号转导途径,抗逆应答反应中的重要作用,并对大豆中ERF转录因子的研究进展进行了综述,为大豆的抗逆工程提供理论依据。
