棉蝗生长发育及其对大豆叶片取食规律的研究

Abstract:

在室内条件下,以大豆叶片为食物饲养棉蝗并系统观测其各虫态的发育历期,测定了雌雄各龄若虫和成虫的取食量及其体长、体重等指标参数。结果表明:在27~28℃条件下,卵的平均发育历期为98.19d,雌雄若虫的平均发育历期分别为65.90和58.68d,雌雄成虫的平均寿命分别为116.25和146.75d。各发育阶段对大豆叶片的累积取食量回归模型为:取食质量,雄虫,ym♂=763637.5520[1+exp(19.8923-1.5158x)](R2=0.9977),雌虫,ym♀=1614393.6048[1+exp(23.3091-1.9702x)](R2=0.9986);取食面积,雄虫,ys♂=14776047.9634[1+exp(18.6571-1.5245x)](R2=0.9971),雌虫,ys♀=22861437.3469[1+exp(19.4446-1.6706x)](R2=0.9982);体长和体重随着龄期的增加而增加,体长和体重的生长模型分别为:体长,雄虫,yl♂=7.3929[1+exp(2.1032-0.420729x)](R2=0.9905),雌虫,yl♀=13.0469[1+exp(2.7729-0.392563x)](R2=0.9968);体重,雄虫,yw♂=2.8734[1+exp(5.0619-0.911303x)](R2=0.9826),雌虫,yw♀?=3.9181[1+exp(9.0457-1.7007x)](R2=0.9905)。
