2BXJ-4(A)型大豆小区育种精量播种机的设计与试验研究

Abstract:

为进一步提高小区育种试验机械化水平,降低育种试验期间人工劳动强度,研制了一种可以定量调节行距和种子粒距的小区育种精量播种机,该机以插装式排种器为核心,可一次性完成侧深施肥、精量播种、覆土、镇压等作业。田间试验结果表明:在作业速度3.6,4.5,5.4km.h-1的情况下,粒距合格指数、重播指数、漏播指数、变异系数均能达到《中耕作物精密播种机产品质量分等》标准中关于优等品的要求。并通过优化处理得出,在理论粒距7.5cm,车速3.6km.h-1条件下播种效果最佳。
