Abstract:

通过挖掘大豆基因组信息并参考拟南芥同源基因序列,分析了大豆(Glycinemax)的生长素响应因子GmARF16和Gm-miR160?作用位点,设计出mGmARF16序列并成功构建了pGmARF16∷mGmARF16双元表达载体。此外,通过实时荧光定量PCR(qPCR)分析了GmARF16表达模式,发现该基因在大豆根、茎、叶、花、果荚和种子中均有一定量的表达,其中花中表达最强,茎中表达最弱;复叶中表达量高于子叶和第一对真叶。
