长白山天池火山监测预警系统建设架构(Ⅱ)――火山预警平台建设

Abstract:

长白山天池火山是我国最具潜在灾害性喷发危险的活火山,因而需要建立火山预警平台。在借鉴国内外灾害预警和火山预警经验的基础上,提出了天池火山预警平台建设方案。该平台具有火山喷发、灾害和损失预测以及预警信息发布功能,可为公众逃生避险、企业紧急处置、政府应急决策和救援行动提供及时的火山灾害预警服务,有效减轻火山灾害。
