基于WebGIS的地震灾害损失调查评估模拟演练系统

Abstract:

为了提高地震应急救援人员的专业素质和灾害损失调查评估技术,更有效地开展地震应急救援等工作,基于WebGIS软件平台和地震灾害损失调查评估方法,开发了地震灾害损失调查评估模拟演练系统。系统包括管理客户端和评估演练端两部分。系统管理员在管理客户端通过参数设定,可快速得到二维地震灾场。结合所嵌入系统中的震害调查评估功能,应急演练人员从评估演练端登录进行灾情查看和评估。地震灾害损失调查评估演练系统具有良好的可靠性和可操作性,在应急人员培训工作中被广泛应用,并已取得一定的成绩和效果。
