基于模型的医学图像形变配准在图像引导放疗中的应用研究进展

Abstract:

为了使人们对基于模型的形变配准在图像引导放疗中的应用状况有个概略了解,在对目前有关基于模型的形变配准方法在图像引导放疗中的应用研究进行调研的基础上,根据形变配准的形变模型和特征空间的选取、相似性度量标准的选取、空间优化等3个主要步骤,以及形变配准方法验证4个方面,对有关基于模型的形变配准方法的文献进行了扼要的分类统计。统计结果表明:目前的形变配准方法在图像引导放疗中的应用研究方向正趋向于在保证形变配准方法的精度与准确度的基础上,通过多分辨率、不同尺度等级、并行计算以及不同优化算法结合等方法来缩短配准时间方面,以满足临床应用的要求。
