Abstract:

?Theone-potthree-componentcyclocondensationhasbeendevelopedinvolvingthereactionofbenzilwithanaromaticaldehydesandammoniumacetateunderthermalsolvent-freeconditionsinthepresenceofaKSFsupported10-molybdo-2-vanadophosphoricacidcatalyst.10-Molybdo-2-vanadophosphoricacidwasimmobilizedonKSFwitha20%loading,whichshowedthehighestcatalyticactivity.ThecatalystwasfullycharacterizedusingFT-IRspectroscopy,thermalanalysis,XRDandSEManalysistechniques.Thereareseveraldistinctadvantagestothisprotocol,includinghighyields,shortreactiontime,operationalsimplicityandarecyclablecatalystwithafacilework-upprocedure.
