Abstract:

?Agnanoparticlesweresynthesizedonthesurfaceofaglassycarbonelectrodemodifiedwithp-tert-butylcalix[4]areneandp-tert-butylcalix[6]arenebythedepositionofAg+atanopencircuitpotentialfollowedbytheelectrochemicalreductionoftheAg+.Thepresenceofthecalixarenelayerontheelectrodesurfacecontrolledtheparticlesizeandpreventedagglomeration.CyclicvoltammetryshowedthattheAgnanoparticlesonthemodifiedglassycarbonelectrodehadgoodcatalyticabilityforthereductionofflutamide.Theeffectsofcalixareneconcentration,potentialappliedforthereductionofAg+,numberofcalixarenelayers,andpHvalueontheelectrocatalyticactivityoftheAgnanoparticleswereinvestigated.Themodifiedelectrodehadalinearrangeindifferentialpulsevoltammetryof10-1000μmol/Lwithadetectionlimitof9.33μmol/LforflutamideatanS/N=3.Themethodwasappliedtothedetectionofflutamideinpracticalsamples.
