HydrodenitrogenationofporphyrinonNi-Mobasedcatalysts

Abstract:
？Thehydrodenitrogenation(HDN)ofporphyrinswascarriedoutoveraseriesofphosphoruscontainingNiMo/Al2O3catalystsusingafixed-bedflowreactionsystem.AmethodofquantitativeanalysisoftheporphyrinanditsderivativesproducedbyHDNwasestablished.InHDNofporphyrin,fourtypesofhydrocarbons:C8alkanes,C8alkenes,C9alkanes,andC10alkanes,andtwogroupsofnitrogen-containingcompounds:alkylsubstitutedbipyrrolidines(alkylbipyrrolidines)andalkylsubstitutedtripyrrolidines(alkyltripyrrolidines)wereidentified.ThehydrogenolysisofporphyrinsoccurredrapidlyatlowertemperaturebuthighertemperatureswererequiredfortheHDNofporphyrins.TheNiMoP3catalystshowedthehighestcatalyticactivityfortheHDNofporphyrins.Basedonthecharacterizationofthesupportsandcatalysts,itissuggestedthatthedispersionofMoisimprovedandthenumberofweakacidicsitesontheNiMoPcatalystsincreaseswiththeadditionofphosphorus.
