乙醇热法制备纳米二氧化钛及其对酯交换反应合成碳酸二丁酯的催化性能, PP. 195-196 Keywords: 碳酸二甲酯,碳酸二丁酯,酯交换,二氧化钛,乙醇热法 Abstract: ?Thepreparationofnano-TiO2powderbythealcohol-thermalmethodatatmosphericpressureusingethanolasthesolvent,H2TiO3astheprecursor,andKOH,NaOHorNH3·H2Oasthemineralizerhasbeenpresented.XRDresultshowedthatthestructureofTiO2isanatase,andwiththeincreaseofmineralizeralkalinity,theaveragediameterofTiO2becomessmaller,andthecrystallinityofTiO2becomeshigher.ThediameterandthecrystallinityofTiO2affectthecatalyticactivityofTiO2forthesynthesisofdibutylcarbonate(DBC)fromdimethylcarbonate(DMC)andbutylalcohol.TheanataseTiO2obtainedfromKOHexhibitshighcatalyticactivity,giving61.9%conversionofDMC,100%selectivityforDBC,and61.9%yieldofDBC.TheconversionofDMC,selectivityandyieldofDBCremainalmostunchangedthroughfourreuses.
