H3PO4/MCM-41催化苯酚与叔丁醇气相烷基化反应, PP. 759-764 Keywords: alkylation,tert-butylation,phenol,tert-butylalcohol,MCM-41 Abstract: ？ThecatalyticperformanceofAl-MCM-41containing5?5wt%H3PO4wasstudiedforthevaporphasealkylationofphenolwithtert-butylalcohol(TBA)from383to493K.4-Tert-butylphenolwasproducedasthemainproductwithmoderateselectivity.Theproductdistributiondependsonthereactiontemperature,numberofacidsites,andtheBr鰊stedtoLewissitesratios.Alowermolarratioofreactants(TBA/phenol=2)andahigherspacevelocityfacilitatedtheproductionof4-tert-butylphenol.Theinfluenceofvariousparameterssuchastemperature,reactantfeedmolarratio,feedrate,andtimeonstreamwereinvestigatedforconversionyieldandproductselectivity.
