载体对合成气制甲烷镍基催化剂性能的影响

Abstract:
?考察了Al2O3-1,Al2O3-2和SiO2负载的Ni基催化剂上合成气制甲烷的反应活性和稳定性.结果表明,Ni/Al2O3-2和Ni/SiO2催化剂表现出较高的催化活性和稳定性,而Ni/Al2O3-1催化剂稳定性极差.采用X射线衍射、透射电镜、程序升温还原、N2吸附-脱附和热重分析等技术对催化剂进行了表征.结果显示,影响催化剂稳定性的主要因素不是积炭,而可能是反应过程中载体结构的破坏和Ni的迁移聚集.
