不同收种时间和收种方式对贝斯莉斯克伏生臂形草种子产量和质量的影响

Abstract:

以贝斯莉斯克伏生臂形草为试验材料,研究了盛花期后不同收获时间及套袋收种、拍打收种等收种方式对其种子产量、千粒重和生活力的影响。结果表明,与盛花期后28,33,43和48d相比,盛花期后38d收获的种子产量最高,并获得较高的千粒重和种子生活力;与传统刈割、1次拍打、2次拍打和3次拍打收种方式相比,套袋收种收获的种子产量和千粒重最高,分别为202.37kg/hm2和5.11g。表明盛花期后38d和套袋收种是云南进行贝斯莉斯克伏生臂形草种子生产的最佳收种时间和收种方式。
