水分及复合添加剂对苜蓿干草贮藏品质的影响

Abstract:

本试验研究了不同干草水分含量(17%和27%~28%)及高水分干草(27%~28%)中添加不同防霉复合添加剂对苜蓿干草贮藏过程中营养成分变化的影响,以筛选能较好地保存苜蓿干草的措施。结果表明,高水分无添加剂(CKg)贮藏的干草能在打捆初期有效保存干草中粗蛋白质(CP)和可溶性糖(WSC)的含量,减少其损失,且纤维含量比低水分干草(CKd)低。但60d保存后其品质迅速降低,甚至不如低水分贮存的干草。2种复合添加剂(SG和CA)处理的高水分干草保存60d后,干草中CP和WSC的含量显著高于无添加剂高水分和低水分处理组(P<0.05),非蛋白氮(NPN)含量显著低于CKg(P<0.05),其干草保存后期品质相对较好;添加剂CA处理的高水分干草其CP含量显著高于无添加剂组CKd和CKg(P<0.05),而WSC、Ash、DM含量显著高于无添加剂组和SG添加剂处理的高水分组(P<0.05),且NPN和中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量较低。干草品质评定结果表明,添加剂CA处理的高水分干草其CP、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)和可消化干物质(DDM)含量均达到特级标准,干草保存效果优于其他处理组。
