问荆水浸液对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的化感效应初探

Abstract:

以小麦为受体,采用生物测定法研究不同浓度的问荆根茎水浸液对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,从而探讨问荆对小麦的化感效应,为小麦的合理生产提供理论依据。结果表明:5和30mg/mL问荆水浸液对龙麦26(LM26)、垦九10(KJ10)、龙麦33(LM33)、龙辐18(LF18)、格来尼(GLN)的萌发率无显著影响,而70和100mg/mL处理后5个品种的种子萌发率都显著降低(P<0.05);100mg/mL处理后LM26、LF18的苗高降低,其他浓度处理后各品种小麦的苗高都增加。各浓度处理后,不同品种小麦幼苗的干物质量都减少,过氧化物酶(POD)活性都升高;各浓度处理后LM26、KJ10、LM33、GLN4个品种小麦幼苗的可溶性糖(WSS)含量都显著降低(P<0.05);70mg/mL处理后格来尼、100mg/mL处理后LF18幼苗的丙二醛(MDA)含量都显著增加(P<0.05);随浓度的增加,LM26,LF18,GLN幼苗的过氧化氢酶活性(CAT)显著升高。
