芦苇叶片化感作用对加拿大一枝黄花生长及生理生化特性的影响

Abstract:

采用砂培法研究了不同浓度(0,0.025,0.050和0.100gDW/mL)芦苇叶水浸提液对入侵植物加拿大一枝黄花的化感效应。结果表明,在试验过程中(0~45d),随芦苇浸提液浓度升高,加拿大一枝黄花基径和株高的累积生长量显著下降,死亡数随浓度升高明显上升;叶绿素含量随处理时间持续降低,且浓度越高叶绿素含量越低,而类胡萝卜素含量则呈先升高后降低之势;低浓度时,过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性随处理时间持续上升,但当浓度继续升高,则二者均呈先升高后降低之势;过氧化氢酶活性(CAT)和丙二醛(MDA)含量随芦苇叶浸提液浓度升高而上升,且二者随处理时间呈持续升高之势;可溶性蛋白含量和根系活力随处理浓度升高而降低,且该趋势随处理时间延长而加剧。可见,随浸提液浓度升高和处理时间延长,芦苇对加拿大一枝黄花化感胁迫效应增强。
