不同钠盐胁迫对夏枯草种子萌发特性的影响

Abstract:

为探明夏枯草种子在不同盐胁迫条件下的萌发特性。采用不同钠盐溶液(NaCl,Na2CO3,Na2SO4,NaCl与Na2CO3混和液,NaCl、Na2CO3与Na2SO4混合溶液)对夏枯草种子进行分别处理,研究不同钠盐胁迫对夏枯草种子发芽率、发芽势、活力指数、鲜重及幼苗根长和苗高的影响。与对照相比,随着不同钠盐溶液浓度的增加,夏枯草种子的发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、鲜重及幼苗的根长和苗高呈现下降的趋势。夏枯草种子萌发在钠盐处理中表现出低浓度促进、高浓度抑制的特点,一定的低盐浓度处理下的夏枯草种子萌发指标甚至高于对照。夏枯草种子对不同钠盐胁迫的耐受性不同,不同钠盐对种子萌发的抑制程度高低顺序为Na2SO4<NaCl<混合盐(NaCl+Na2CO3)<混合盐(NaCl+Na2CO3+Na2SO4)<Na2CO3。
