原位智能人工肛门的研制及其作用观察

Abstract:

目的:研制一种具有生物反馈功能并符合人体工程学原理的原位人工肛门并观察其节制排便的效果。方法:通过新西兰兔结肠离体和在体实验,向肠管内注入生理盐水模拟大便的形成,观察人工肛门括约肌压力反馈和节制排便的效果。结果:反馈套囊的压力与肠内容物体积和肠管压力在一定范围内成正相关,人工肛门压力反馈系统能有效地反映肠内压的变化;L形人工肛门括约肌在单片机的调控下可以有效地节制排便。结论:该原位智能人工肛门能有效节制排便并准确地反馈肠内压。
