Abstract:

:？阐述了通过串口采集数控信息的方法，详细论述了数控系统中PLC的作用及其与CNC的联系，同时提出了通过自定义数控M代码，辅助完成数控信息采集的方法。采用SiemensS7-200PLC的PPI通信协议，用VB编程获取加工过程中实时数据，以验证该方法的可行性。
