纤维沥青胶浆动态剪切流变参数与温度相关性研究

Abstract:

:?采用动态剪切流变试验,分析了纤维沥青胶浆动态流变参数与温度的相关性,以及不同动态剪切流变参数和不同纤维胶浆的温度敏感性。结果表明:纤维沥青胶浆的动态流变参数G*,G',G″,δ和G*/sinδ等指标与温度具有很好的相关性;各指标在低温区的温度敏感性要高于在高温区的温度敏感性;纤维沥青胶浆的温度敏感性与基质沥青相比明显降低,其中聚丙烯腈纤维胶浆的热稳定性较好;添加纤维后的沥青胶浆抗车辙因子G*/sinδ明显提高,表明抗流动变形能力显著增强。
