基于模糊评价的常规公交候车服务水平

Abstract:

:？基于模糊评价，利用SP调查对公交候车服务水平模型进行标定，建立了目标层、因子层和要素层的层次关系;综合了影响候车服务水平的要素;建立了公交站点候车服务水平评价的标准;以被调查对象所使用公交站点的候车服务水平为算例对模型进行了应用，得到公交站点候车服务水平;并根据结果提出了所研究站点候车服务的薄弱环节。
