坞式闸室底板预应力筋线形布置研究

Abstract:

:?结合江苏某船闸工程实例,依据预应力钢筋的布置原则及坞式闸室结构的受力特点,提出了4种闸室底板预应力筋的布置形式,从预应力施加效果、预应力损失、施工可行性等方面对各布置方案进行了比较,并通过ANSYS有限元软件对布筋方案进行了模拟分析。计算结果表明:采用的预应力钢筋线形布置能有效减小底板的拉应力和不均匀沉降,控制混凝土开裂,并能减少混凝土及钢筋用量。
