共振破碎对水泥混凝土板的力学行为影响

Abstract:

:?基于温克勒地基板模型,采用有限元数值方法,对水泥混凝土板的动力模型、固有频率、共振破碎锤击压力大小、力的传递途径和规律进行了分析讨论。结果表明:不同锤击速度下,破碎接触压力不同,产生的破碎效果不同;共振破碎施工时应选择的最佳锤击接触力为20~35MPa,并不是锤击力越大越好;按照最佳锤击接触力施工的水泥混凝土板的破碎失效模式为“上部碎石化下部拉裂”的形式,其碎石化的深度距路表10cm内。
