盾构机动载作用下小净距渐变重叠隧道稳定性研究

Abstract:

:?以重庆地铁六号线花卉园—大龙山小净距渐变重叠隧道为背景,采用数值模拟和现场监测相结合的手段,研究了盾构机动载作用下小净距渐变重叠隧道的变形、附加内力及弯矩,揭示了“隧道先开挖,盾构机后通过”施工形式对已有小净距渐变重叠隧道稳定性的影响规律。研究结果表明:盾构机在上洞步进引起的下洞最大位移变化点位于支撑靴后方2~3m附近,不均匀沉降主要出现在支撑靴前方1.5D(D为隧道直径)到后方2.5D的范围内;盾构机后通过上洞将引起下洞在支撑靴后方产生较大的附加力,而前方影响较小。在此基础上提出了以减弱纵向效应和增强自身抵抗力为主的应对措施,并在重庆轨道六号线的后期施工中得到充分利用,取得了显著效果。
